case of any misbehavior / wrong language use by you or any person in your house with the company owner, representative / Third party investigator, company has full right to delete your profile on immediate basis without intimation to you. No refund will be given in such case.

In case of Full value (yearly package) & half yearly package, companies do not provide any guarantee of the number of profiles. It will differ from profile to profile.

If your profile is deleted or blocked due to non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions; there won?t be any refund from the Company.

Registration and membership is Individualistic and is non-transferable to any other person or entity and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and Marathalagna Sohala shall retain their right to take action against such case.

While Marathalagna Sohala does not accept any obligation to monitor the content, if the content is found not to be in compliance with these Terms, Marathalagna Sohala may terminate your registration without a refund of any subscription paid by you. If Maratha lagna Sohala Found you or your Close family Members has Owned Matrimony / Vadhuvar Suchak and you are using our membership and website data for your own profit purpose would be considered as complete breach of data privacy and fraud. Reasons to terminate rights of ?User? and/or ?Member?: without any refund

• Uploading unethical / uncultured photographs
• Using unparliamentary, arrogant, threatening language
• Misuse of any data published on the website
• Misuse of any photograph published on the website
• Found culprit in any or unethical or illegal act
• Using unethical or illegal, threatening language during telephonic discussion with the representative or owner of Maratha lagna Sohala
• Not ready to show ID proof after Payment as per Maratha lagna Sohala policy and terms and conditions
